Stick my house he’s going to City. Aguero gone, baldy chatting shit about how great he is and one day they’ll spend £100m plus on someone.

Already agreed.

TV cameras conveniently picking him up complimenting how "beautiful" the Ethihad was the other night too

Ffs. Though you never know, Utd might sign Mbappe and Kane this summer....

Another decent shout.

Need to be realistic imo, none of this flirting with the big boys, find someone who is better than where they are and available.

Agreed - from what i've seen he's great

But we are no way near getting him - on the basis of both our financial situation and the competition who i would imagine would also be in for him.....

We're not at that level anymore...

And to be honest - do we want to be swimming in that swamp?

Ings is achievable, Haaland isn’t.

I would tend to agree.

but I think I would focus on the supply for the forwards we have ahead of buying a decent striker, given that we have three very good strikers already.

Ings has got a horrible injury record, he'd probably fall to bits as soon as he got here

Do other clubs have problems signing players like Haland? Or is it just us

not quite sure what you mean....

but my point is - if this gets in to a bidding war, which it may do - we won't win it.... and even if the offers were similar, i can't see him wanting to come here (which is good - as i don't think he'd be around for long anyway...)

they don't.

or do you not remember zlatan going to barca? was an absolute disaster. Zlatan and Raiola won't have anything to do with Guardiola to this day.

You do wonder why players sign with him, given that this isn't a complete unknown.
