Yep. Made the point earlier in the thread, also re: Havertz and the fees Dortmund are after. Some cracking examples of the players/quality in the Bundesliga being nowhere near the level required to justify the fees demanded.

Not only do we not have the money we don’t have the competency at board level to pull this off. I’d take him in a heartbeat but it just won’t happen. We will sign a couple of players totalling 70 million if we are lucky.
