I do miss the professional touch and the uniform template that Sparky dished up tbh. Pure started well, but has faded badly. Wonder if he could be tempted back over the summer? Or any other candidates wishing to throw their hats into the ring? Summer poll...

I thought he looked a promising player tbh

Good cross on him, which is more than you can say for the likes of Shaw and Darmian.

He was 17 playing in the PL and more than holding his own the majority of the time. Promising at least, fared miles better than Blackett, McNair, Love and all the other kids that got a chance imo, and most were older than him.

the only way this could be more pointless is if it were on bt sport.

expect at least one centre back injury and whoever plays well to be ignored in the selection process for the final.

I wonder if jose will play 6 at the back just to make a point.

Hew won't go full on kids tonight. There's a centre back spot up for grabs for the final, plus the front 4. He'll give players a chance to claim those spots.

Palace will be kids.

Keeper

Bailly - Jones - Smalling - Blind

Fellaini - Carrick

Mata - Mhkitaryan - Martial

Rooney

Rashford will start tonight
He needs game time to keep sharp for the final

yeah.

Starting 11 as close as possible to the team he's picking next week I'd imagine.

Sunday will be all kids, fringe players & Rooney's final bow
