Dad did the same with me in '99 and didn't take me, I still think about it now

Child abuse that Greatest night of my life, I £#%&!ed off an exam to go, and ended up failing an entire year of uni.

I'm going to Madrid on 1 June BTW; got my hotel and flight sorted. as for a match ticket, we'll see

I was at the '68 final, though only being about 18 months old I don't actually recall anything of it unfortunately.

My dad used me to shield his eyes when it looked like Eusebio was going to score just before FT

Thought I had mentioned it on here before, but yeah

Went to see United a bit when I was a kid - but that stopped after a horrible game at Bristol City in 1977 (?) There was serious trouble, I was absolutely scared and my dad said "£#%&! this".

(also went to watch the big Midlands clubs a bit - WBA, Wolves, Brum)

Only been to a couple of United games since then - most recently at OT against Porto in 1997
