What manager isn’t? The manager with the most leverage in the world was a yes man for the glazers. If he didn’t make a stand, why would you expect any other manager? If they’re not yes men, whatever that means, they get sacked. I’m pretty sure every manager we’ve had fights for everything they can get in private. Just don’t expect it publicly, unless they’re trying to get a payout.
Not sure a fool in charge of financing of players is a perfect setup tbh, given that prior to ole it cost them over 600m for f*** all in return. A negative return on investment, really, given the knock on effects.
