Why is it funny?

Klopp and Conte do that on the touchline every week and are revered for their "passion".

No doubt he'll follow the finest English traditions of running and shouting a lot, before letting the lads have a kickabout with an actual football for the last forty seconds of training.

Lost 3-0 to Celta Vigo today.

Adams post-match: "I thought we defended really well. Apart from the goals. La Liga is the best league in the world, but don't tell the English that, only joking! It is important now for me as their leader not to throw in the towel."

Blithering idiot

If you look very carefully you'll realise it's actually from the hit motion picture 'The Full Monty', pal.

Lost his first game 3-0. Lost his second game 2-0. Tonight he was seconds away from only losing 1-0.

It's a process

Will never understand the hate for Adams on here.

Alright, seeing him throw his hands up in the air for offside at Arsenal every week was irritating, but he always came across as a decent guy, open and honest about his struggles when he gave up playing, set up his Sporting Chance charity.

Wish him well in life, personally. There are far worse than Adams out there.

A great player, and not a nasty bloke by all accounts. He will just never, ever, be cut out for management.

Nothing to be ashamed of at the end of the day, its not for everybody.

Did you ever see the programme where a ref wore a mic for an Arsenal v's Millwall match? Also remember when he took over at Wycombe and gave an interview where he said lower league players were too thick to understand about nutrition.
