Nothing about finishing above this and that, purely on our chances of top 4. You wrote us off. You cant deny it cos you and your gang posted it everywhere for many weeks to taunt united fans who look on the bright side of life.
No I didn't. I said we wouldn't do it, not that we couldn't do it.

Do you understand the difference?

And, even if I did, we still haven't got into the top four. Getting close doesn't count, Saffers. That's the whole point of saying we won't do it. Not that we won't get to 5 points, or 3 points, or goal difference.....that we won't do it.

Simple as that pal.

You said we would do it. I said we wouldn't. I still say we won't and I still hope you are ultimately right.

We might do it yet. But we have to be fast running out of lives. Anyone who can say they've seen enough to be confident we will is fucking delusional.

Saffers pal, you do realise that in order to finish in the top 4 United have to at some stage actually get into it, rather than just squandering opportunities?

Our last 7 or so fixtures in the league are absolutely brutal, so i would suggest that now would be a good time to maybe get into that top 4?

Yet they remain above us. We won't get a more perfect opportunity than this weekend. Playing a shit team at home to put pressure on with Arsenal to play Liverpool and Tottenham to play Everton. This team are weak as shit.

No. Because he wasn't playing through the middle.

This.

As ever on here, there's no middle ground. If you carefully and considerably say we won't do it - with actual reasons as to why not - you are a doomlord, a scouser and you want United to lose.

It is in fact possible to feel positive about the team, positive about the season, the future and still think we will fall short of our domestic target for the season.
