We are pretty shite tbh. The subs showed how thin the squad is. 10 plus years of nearly every player we've bought being some degree of failure.

Well that season in the league, we weren't so far off getting relegated

I do know what you mean though.

exactly, Karma for them needs to be a lot worse than missing out on CL next year. I'm thinking of something more along the lines of complete financial ruin and a dose of small pox.

It's totally recoverable but Erik really needs to grow a set and only play players who do what he instructs - no matter who they are or how much they're paid. If it's youngsters so be it.

He can't let these useless £#%&!s take him down.

That's our problem. And our fault. I have no £#%&!ing idea what we're doing in terms of training & recovery, but it's clearly an issue.

And it seems to have been for years regardless of the manager or coaching staff. So £#%&! knows.

Thrashing a small squad into the ground because we don't have strength in depth.

Then banishing our own players to football purgatory because the media thinks we should

According to this site - https://www.premierinjuries.com/injury-table.php - we now have 12 unavailable, albeit that includes the mentally ill.

From the unavailability list you could put a team out of:
Heaton
AWB - Varane - Shaw - Malacia
Amrabat - Mount - Mainoo
Sancho - Antony - Diallo
