UEFA statement

Doesnt sound like games are cancelled tonight.

In the light of the ongoing developments in the spread of COVID-19 across Europe and the changing analysis of the World Health Organisation, UEFA has today invited representatives of its 55 member associations, together with the boards of the European Club Association and the European Leagues and a representative of FIFPro, to attend meetings by videoconference on Tuesday 17 March to discuss European football’s response to the outbreak.

Discussions will include all domestic and European competitions, including UEFA EURO 2020.

Further communication will be made following those meetings.

Marca are saying the Cl and EL will be suspended immediately with a statement due shortly.

Spaghetti is a type of pasta. Doesn't matter if the sauce is under it, on top of it or not there at all. It's still Spaghetti hth.

The Premier League need to suspend and cancel this league campaign immediately.

The risk to the health of all involved is unconscionable.

Any death resulting from inaction is one too many imo.

Apparently they are refunding £350 to each supporter.

Only 700 were making the trip, but that's got to hurt. Just think, that £245,000 could have subsidised Alexis Sanchez's wages for nearly a full week

Gdansk isnt LASK

Hope they cancel the season and we can all pretend it never happened. Everything resets to how it was in August. No Liverpool league title, no Leeds promotion.

Whilst the season ending would be hilarious with regards to Liverpool it would leave a bitter taste with regards to what might have been in the FA Cup, Europa and league.
