Would be ideal if he got Real Madrid out of his system. Not that he’ll be needed.

To be fair to Shearer, he always spoke well of Solskjear when he was still playing. Called Ole the best finisher in the Premiership

Anyone notice the 'Fergie' nod yesterday when the cross came in for Herrera's goal? That was the moment for me.
It's a very good point. It would probably take Poch winning the CL for Perez to justify to himself paying £38m for a manager.

Never really thought of it like that before. It may be United or stay at Spurs for him in reality. Unless Levy compromises.

Don't see Perez pumping out 50m euros for poch in a summer where he's going for both neymar and hazard....

There will come a tipping point where not giving it to him risks creating a problem. We could see the opposite of a new manager bounce if Ole didn't get offered the job and Potch came in. There might be a huge resentment from the players and fans.

The promising signs are the adapting to different circumstances and different opponents playing different systems. Sunday will be interesting to see how he sets up for the high pressing (Mourinhou used Fellani's chest), and where he attacks. Mane running at Young may be an issue - do we need Smalling as they don't have a big 9?

Alternatively Liverpool could win the league, pep storms off in a huff and city go for Poch while Woodward renews every first team contract and we can’t find a buyer for Rom and Sanchez

He's clearly already got the job.

Said he's moving out of the Hotel into a house too

The good thing about Ole getting the job is that it saves of us from the shitshow that would be Woodward trying to get Poch from Levy this summer

Hopefully we can now concentrate on getting that sporting director appointed and work on transfer targets for the summer

Yep.

It's all falling in to place.

It's best option and the easiest option.

I think tonight is in the top 3 of his moments.

To take a depleted side to a tough midweek away in The Big Toilet and carrying the Chilean Dementor and still getting 3 points??

A great achievement.

I am most happy with his settled back 4 and seemingly a plan.hes Done the simple things well.

Just let’s knock this whole thing on the head and give it to him - although I also like the plan of giving it him after his first league defeat.

Seriously think we are 3 signings away from a challenge.

RB (Young not getting younger and Dalot still developing)
Centre midfielder - creative to take pressure off Pogba
Speedy right winger - Sancho instead of Sanchez.

That’s a title winning squad under the Ogster.

The idea woodward is going to give up some of his power is wishful thinking. Any sporting Director we get will be purely a puppet for woodward to hide behind.
