Even though he would require digging up, I'm sure he could get a better tune out of our squad than Mou does.

I’d go Wenger until the end of the season then make the longer term appointment then.

A coach because of what he does on the training ground gets the respect of all his players, that Eddie Howe has his team punching way above their weight,
so first choice would be Poch, if not him then get Howe in, I do not want another over the hill busted flush.
jardim fits that criteria.

to which people will say monaco had a shocker this season, but he was unlucky to lose so many great players in such a short space of time. but that team that reached the champions league semis in 2017 were amazing to watch.

A manager who wants to play attacking football, develop youth while simultaneously reinstating the identity of the club to attract world class players so we can challenge city and make an assault on the CL

And all the while managing to accomplish the above with a board and owners that want to have the same net spend as Wolves

Hope everyone is settled in for a future of top 6 finishes and the occasional tin pot trophy

Director of Football is the most important role to sort out first as he'll set the tone for the new manager and sort out scouting etc

It's a really tricky one as it's not a replacement manager but someone who can be a bridge between eras and restore the club's history and mojo.

Someone like Wenger...
