That Boy Ronaldo!

Default Mackay & Cardiff

Decent manager, did a terrific job at Watford, got Cardiff promoted under difficult circumstances.

He's now been told to quit or be sacked.

The bloke in charge passed the FA's testing

Absurd.

£#%&! 'em. Mackay will get a decent job at a stable club, Cardiff will sink back into the depths of the lower leagues.

He did a good job. He'll get a good payout so it's not all in tears.

The suspicion is that there is somebody already lined up to take over from Mackay.

Given the owner, that is no guarantee they will be any good of course

so, to conclude - there's very little chance of him resigning?

pretty sure even if he ends up resigning he'd have a good case for constructive dismissal.

As with most of these cases there will be a compromise agreement - a figure given to the outgoing manager in return for him saying £#%&! all about the details of the dismissal.

Cardiff owner clearly hasn't a clue if he thinks Mackay will resign. Let Cardiff breach the contract!
