Guarantee if anyone even remotely unscrupulous tries to buy us it will be blocked.

I wouldn’t be happy, but I’d tolerate it tbh.

They're not going to buy us now so the question is moot. Would take them over the Glazers though I'd still want them strictly behind the scenes.

But unfortunately there aren't that many people around who can afford a 6 billion quid football club.

What’s the check? A right and proper person or something? And Monopolies and Mergers etc. they’ll find a reason if it looks like we’ll be too powerful.

And then pay for the calibre of player that would actually put our squad on a par with City, et al. It's a horrible business

Thankfully they’ve already bought Newcastle so they’re not an option

Dubai the only one from that part of the world not in the game yet so they would be the most likely

It was clear that deal was never going to benefit us.
