Exclamation Ed Woodward - Farewell

last day today, no doubt he'll be at Carrington saying his goodbyes like any of the players actually give a £#%&!. Hopefully gets filled in on the way out.

One of the worst appointments the club has ever made NQAT

Goodbye Ed, you bean counting clueless #@&%!

Did I not read on here that he’ll be staying on in some “consultancy role” for a few months to make the transition “as seamless as possible”? I’m convinced he’ll find a way to stay.

Done more than any other to destroy the club on every level possible.

Brokered the leveraged buy out, saddled it with an insane level of debt and then oversaw the worst managerial appointments and player deals in modern sporting history. Amongst his incredible long litany of failures, it’s easy to forget that he was involved in the most embarrassing, ill conceived and amateurish coup d’etat in football with the European breakaway league.

A 3 year deal to Ole weeks before sacking him was his last and quite fitting meaningful act.

Woodward: The man that killed the club.

Imagine if that actually happened. Picture it, not a full on hiding but a good old scuffle, where the attacker (Ralf, screaming in German) had to be dragged off by Shorts and Bobby Charlton whilst Woodward staggers away, his tie all pulled to one side, hair messed up and dirt and grass stains all over his suit. Like when Victor Meldrew beat up Father Ted.

Makes you think.

Current, and potential future players, will be absolutely distraught to see him go.

Ahh. The Fergie influence over the takeover is debatable imv but he certainly didn’t cover himself in glory. Being fixated on retaining the managerial position regardless of what was in the long term interests of the club isn’t the greatest legacy. Winds me up that he’s still an ambassador for this administration - selling the United dream to unconvinced players. ‘Join the club, it’s brilliant honest’. Absolute lying @#%&!.

Hope his #@&%! falls off or he contracts Ebola. The damage this @#%&! managed in a short time has set us back decades.
