No, hence the question mark. Fergie said he rested Wes with it in mind though. Don't fancy Wes against Torres to be honest.

Fergie said pre and post match he was a doubt.

Liverpool's tactic of hoofing it long over the top for a willing Torres may well work this time without Rio.

That said, Wes is hardly slow but would much prefer to see him start at right back and Utd gamble on Pique. A centre back with decent distribution.

Bad news if he doesn't make it. As no doubt Vidic won't last the match again with his dodgy nose.

Broke against Derby??? As he spent the whole 2nd half with tissue to his nose to stop the bleeding, and the same last night before the 4th official wouldn't let him back on.

Brown & Pique for Sunday???

I thought Rio was away for a 5 day break? Vidic will play on Sunday and I expect Evra, Rio and Wesley to join him in defence

But Pique is slower than Brown, surely? If you think they're gonna hoof it long ball? (Which they will, they play long ball against us every year, in fact that's their main game against anyone).

if he plays ill be far more at ease.

The resting of Brown was a worry as far as Rio is concerned, I feel the clouds of doom swirling around me.
