Still think we should be a lot better. Walker looks a liability at the back, trippier would be a better choice imo. Grealish should definitely be in the team for mount, and the midfield 2 for me still offer nothing, never seem available, hiding behind opponents every time our centre backs have the ball.

Sterling £#%&!s up a lot of good situations, but at least he looks for the ball and tries to make things happen, unlike mount who has done nothing in every game he has played so far (excluding a decent corner tonight).

Still think the team that beats italy wins the tournament. They are a different animal when it comes to knockout football. They look bullish as well, coupled with their natural cynicism and penchant for defending they are the team to beat imo.

This game went pretty much ideally for England given that they scored early in both halves, hopefully they won't lose their heads if the same isn't forthcoming against Denmark.
