Never mind that, Pure - I'll never forgive him for the 4-4 v Everton in 2012.

That was the game that cost us the title that season.

Evans needed the move at the time Utd moved him on. There were a lot of decisions in that period when it came to outgoing players that were highly debatable but not Evans for me. Confidence was shot, aggressive physical players were consistently getting the better of him.

Too good to waste the last of his peak years at WBA though, I am a little surprised that Wenger has not been in for him, maybe still reeling from the Silvestre experience.

His form for West Brom proves nothing more than the fact he's good enough for West Brom.

Well I think you will find that that was more Evra`s fault than Evans but it makes a good back page story to twist the facts.

agree that evans is better than smalling, but so is bernard manning's rotting corpse, so i'm not sure that's much of a compliment.

Wigan was 1-0. I was there in their end. Not my best experience. You might be suprised to know that was the only time they have ever beat us. It still comes back to haunt me in my dreams!

Didn't mind Evans tbh

Had good periods and was a good option to have

Was never going to make the step up to first choice centre back without players like Rio, Vidic or Evra around him though.

So we're just airbrushing this turd's numerous horrendous performances in a red shirt - including getting sent off in a derby which we ended up losing 6-1 at home?

Ok.
