Exactly. Klopp is far more impressive a manager in terms of getting more than the sum of the parts. I really doubt Pep would have succeeded at United. Way too many obstacles. Pep’s succeeded because City have been allowed to openly cheat.

3 month old video, but it does a good job of explaining the differences between this season & last (basically we were more direct, more crosses & through balls vs this) and the proposed evolution to posession based approach.

Problem is, Onana has taken an age to settle & start to play like he was at Inter, the City game he was far more advanced & proactive. Also doesn't help not having Martinez, Casemiro for a large chunk (lol) & also Big Rassers. Say nothing about Rashford's form or Antony being a marzipan #@&%!.

Compare instead to what Inzaghi is doing at Inter & the clear patterns, rotation & style - very important to note that this is now his 3rd season & he has his own players and time to convert others into new roles etc - It's clear it can take some time to get your tactics installed:

Important to ignore all the xG %@#$&!s going on & use your own eyes, we're playing shit football & we need to £#%&!ing wake up and get rid of a few and buy far better to get this team evolved.

You say that, but I’m happy to see us maintaining ‘field tilt’

Lots of tripe spouted but I quite liked that one, explainability is important for certain concepts.

We badly need some players that put in a shift & are comfortable in posession, it's utterly baffling how little care for the ball. Casemiro gave it away 17 times against Everton, absolutely scandalous - I doubt Rodri has given it away that many times this season

Is that because Casemiro can’t pass or because we don’t move/make it easy for players to find players with the ball/stretch teams etc…

Definitely both, he wasn't under pressure for many of those passes, he should've been %@#$&!ed but simply no one out there to tell him that. Especially not when your captain is Bruno who thinks possession is more of a grenade than a gift,

If they back him we should expect to see a new contract imminently.

You lot are the most gullible people on the planet if you believe that.

He’s gone in the summer. One of the world’s top football agents has confirmed it already.

Given that he has 1 year remaining at the end of the season, we probably should. Or do you think they are going to go into next season with a manager who has less than 12 months left?

Or maybe you're just being an obtuse #@&%! as per.

Or maybe you don’t understand what imminently means you bald #@&%!?

They will assess his contract situation at the end of the season, when they have all the information on his performance available, to come to a decision. It’s pretty simple
