We got a late goal against Sheffield Wednesday in 1993 and everyone was still banging on about it 20 years later. This happens to them far more regularly. And just this season.

I don't think lot are juicing tbf, you only have to look at the amount of injuries they're getting.

Even so, Forest should have won the game 3-1. They had some great chances on the break and if they didn't have John Coffey from the £#%&!ing green mile up front lumbering about they might have taken a couple.

They were similar against us. Poor in the final third and switched off late on.

I don’t think this Liverpool team is as good as that one circa 2020/21. There’s more weaknesses and that forward line isn’t as good on an individual basis….but they’ve still got that knack of scoring late goals and winning against the odds.

If they beat City next week, I think they’ll go on to win it.

Difficult to say if they will or won't - City have an awful record at Anfield regardless.

Personally, I think the prospect of Liverpool winning a title is less awful than the very real prospect of City doing back to back trebles.

Regardless of one’s preference, I am absolutely £#%&!ing sick of most of the last few years being like this: getting to February with our £#%&!y season being over and us arguing over which of our two biggest rivals we want to see win everything.
