Not all coaches are great forever, just like players aren't. The one thing that made Ferguson the best ever was his willingness to adapt and accept challenges rather than scowl at them and refuse to change.

Mourinho has refused to change so now he is done for. He needs to look within himself but he won't. His natural reaction is always to look for blame elsewhere and lash out.

And anybody who did dissent, and was serious about it, didn't last long.
