you have to take every game in its own right otherwise how the £#%&! can you enjoy watching football

this game didn't matter to us in the big picture, but you cannot set the prize and the garland above the game itself - and some of the chances we missed and the situations we messed up were £#%&!ing ridiculous yet again

when valencia sent over that "pass" I was :shakehead:

earlier in the season I would have been

That's not to say you still weren't out of your seat at all the same moments or frustrated as £#%&! as another counter attack was ballsed up thanks to an over hit cross/final ball.

Exactly.
Not quite sure how this point has been misunderstood.
Anybody would think throb was a tedious £#%&!ing troll or something. Who knew?
you sound increasingly bitter

and increasingly childish

perhaps it's the onset of early regression?

you think I'm a troll because I criticise Rooney? you're a £#%&!ing idiot man

i'm not having it about the stress free game, but that doesn't mean you can't - you're welcome to it. however, I would think that is why I enjoy watching United and derive far more pleasure out of it than moaning £#%&!wits like you - I take each game in its own right. when the points are totted up at the end that's when you know where you are. United have had a superb season and made some big steps forward in terms of the young players, in terms of the transition to a more tactically varied attack and in terms of their determination to win back the title. just because your bum crush on the fat scouse tit has left you looking like a #@&%! time and time again that doesn't mean you need to lash out at me. hear this: i don't care whether Rooney is in the team or not in the team, whether he scores a goal or doesn't score a goal, whether he's at United or not at United. for a little #@&%! like you to even think of saying that Ferguson, the greatest manager in United's history and the very £#%&!ing reason a @#%&! like you can wander round in your pathetic mask of reflected glory all these years (moaning like a bitch whenever the mask slips and the wider world have a dig at your fickle so-called "support" of the club) - for you to even suggest that this bloke only subbed wayne rooney out of spite shows exactly what kind of a clueless £#%&!ing spanner you are ...

I don't know if this helps but I slept through the entire second half.

Partly because I had been pissed for two days and partly because I wasn't particularly arsed about the result (beyond hoping for the 3 points, obviously.)

Just my two-penneth, s'all.

throb, you're the only person on here who knows where the ignore option is. Lighten up pal, we've won 20 leage titles and we're about to do another thread of pictures.

it's the tactical approach that is evolving, and Rooney needs to evolve with it. as far as I'm concerned he will probably never evolve enough to be better than a specialist in any other position than his own, and that position is occupied.
rooney can play every position on the pitch better than van persie. although, since veep can only play one £#%&!ing position, the other ten are a given. veep has scored some good goals, but when he's on a bad run he's a £#%&!ing passenger. I'd rather play welbeck than van persie 50% of the time.
