Default Martin Keown

This lad isn't over the 90s/00s maulings at the hands of Fergie is he?
His passive aggressive ramblings as a commentator on United games are ridiculous.

Listen to this nonsense actually embarrassing

reading the beeb updates on the train last night, it was hard not see him as just a bitter ranter.

to be fair to shearer, he seemed to be taking the good cop role.

So he’s saying how he used to protect the refs from Fergie, then in the next sentence admits he never actually did it?

“Intimidated”

This is a man who used to tear into a room contain Schmeichel, Bruce, Keane, Ince, Hughes and Cantona ffs.

Put em up Keown, you simian bell

I hate when he sucks the air in through his teeth before he speaks. It’s really irritating. Only seems to do it when he on commentary.

The audible 'finger pyramid'

He's truly awful and the worst kind of thick person: one who thinks he's smart.

He's probably my least favourite pundit/co-commentator.

The contemplative lean forward, the air through the teeth, the use of phrases like 'young man'. He's the very epitome of a phoney pundit buying in to the hype that they're football's philosophers.

Jenas is another. So BBC-y.

Like that Simon stone £#%&!er saying really obvious things ...really....slowly....aaaand softly.... so....they....sound....more ..... impacting.

Garth Crooks the worst for it, but he's also utterly insane so he's at least entertaining.

Keown didn't say anything remotely interesting or insightful during that game last night. Because he can't. Because he's thick.

He did, didn't he?

The bitterness in his voice when he gave Sanchez MOM was worth it all.

"Yeah, I SUPPOSE he's been very good"

Guaranteed Fergie would have simply told him to £#%&! off and walked on to the dressing room.

The shit-slinging simian @#%&!.

Twice RE Luke Shaw. He kept harping on about the lack of games he's had

Bower: He's played the last 7 Martin

and again in second half
