They are arguing like crazy about it here. All the lower leagues have ended their season according to their positions on 12th March. It's caused some complaints from those relegated, but whatever. For the top league(s) it's a bigger problem as the final winners and European places are determined by a set of playoffs (mini leagues then finals). There is a lot of money at stake and no one is giving an inch.
It'll take a Uefa decision to resolve it everywhere.. trouble is, then all the tops clubs in Europe may sue them.. so they'll have to come to some pre-agreement first.

Yup, and some players will change boot sponsors as well. Imagine being with Nike for 19/20 and having to play the last games of that season in Adidas.
