I think the stats and results will still stand in official records. Just no actual final winners/losers.

Look on the brightside, Liverpool do eventually win the league but in an empty stadium with no parade afterward while all the world cares about is this global pandemic

They may well "want" to, indeed I would be a bit surprised if that wasn't the case.
