If he was advised to put on all that excess mass and it was not just a lifestyle issue then that was terrible advice. The extra weight robbed him of his coordination, made an already technically weak player look even worse, and that is before you even touch on his stamina and mobility being hurt as well.

He had a spell like this last season where the team was struggling and he found a golden run of important goals and carried the team.

He'll always score goals against weaker opposition, he always has done. Not a United player in a million years though.

my view hasn't changed, he's one of the worst footballers who can put the ball in the net i've ever seen. up there with hernandez thinking about it. can't fault the lads attitude or endeavour.
