Lovely fella.

No fairy tale ending for him but at least he scored a couple of goals.

Genuinely can’t remember a single thing he did on the pitch.

Nice bloke by all accounts, shocking footballer. Mad he was here this long. Bye.

It’s no coincidence that since we signed him we’ve been one of the best teams in the league. He has it all; strength, guile, a wonderful turn of pace and the ability to score from absolutely anywhere as long as it’s directly in front of goal. I wish him all the best. Thank you, Iggy. X

Thumbs up

Loved him, Top Red, great attitude. LvG wanted him years ago, btw. #Sage

Should have kept him on and got him enough appearances for a League winner's medal.

Could have made a nice flag: Ighalo 1 - 0 Gerrard

Fair play to the lad. Opportunity of a lifetime and didn't do too badly.

He was pretty bad tbh but we'll always have the backheel in the build-up to McSauce's goal v the berties. And the goal at Linz. Cheers pal, now bye.
