Lightbulb Disney+

Launching in the US later this year, probably 2020 in the UK. Set to feature all Disney/Lucas/Fox brands - Marvel, Simpsons, Pixar, Star Wars etc. $6.99pm

Probably a bit too kid oriented for my tastes but this will be huge nqat. The streaming service wars are truly upon us - Comcast set to launch one next year as well.

This will eventually kill off streaming services and people will just revert back to pirating their favourite shows. When everything was on Netflix it worked because you're only paying the one sub, no one wants to pay £5 three or four times a month for different services on top of paying internet bills etc.

Also the fact they've kept it kid friendly is irritating, why not just let Netflix keep daredevil and the Punisher if they have no intention of doing anything with them.

Could take a long long time to get it all fully up and running with all their stuff on there due to a lot of legal issues. Already got Amazon and Netflix, canít see me stumping up for another.

Never gonna happen unless the Premier League begin to stream all games which I think they eventually will. Only a matter of time.

Simon Jordan has been saying for ages that he doesn't understand why the PL don't just launch their own service rather than auctioning off the individual packages. He says they're sitting on an absolute goldmine with a potential "Premier League Netflix".
