Question Wes Brown

I know it's been mentioned on here before, but what's up with that? Can't remember Fergie shunning a player to such an extreme degree before, let alone (seemingly) without explanation.

wice as sweet as sugar, twice as bitter as salt,

And if you get hooked, baby, it's nobody else's fault, so don't do it!

Himself and Fergie were having a right old laugh at the press conference yesterday.

There was a few stories about that Wes blew his top after being demoted to the bench for Chelsea, which is fairly understandable.

Either way, it's something that should have been sorted by now.

Yeah it's not good this. I feel very sorry for Wes. He is a great pro and always gives 100%.

I cannot imagine what he has done to piss Fergie off so much. It's bizarre.

whatever the reason, it needs to be sorted because Neville looks (sadly ) bobbins these days after his return.

There is always the chance that Wes is being given a bit of a break whilst giving valuable playing time to G.Nev and experience to Evans and Rafael while the games aren't too important. I imagine he'll be in there when the crunch comes.

Although G.Nev was a lot better last night.

Given the way the Brazilian has looked it's a miracle Gary Neville gets a game as he has looked poor.

If you need a defensive full back you play Wes.

If you need an attacking one play the Brazilian.

Either Wes is being taught a lesson for something we don't know about or Fergie is getting sentimental in his old age.

Given that he picked Evans too you can't help feel something has happened.

It's actually starting to annoy me when I see Neville has been picked and his career shouldn't end like that.

Took up some good positions but couldn't cross the ball last night. Left us a touch exposed at the back down the right at times too. Thankfully Celtic were too shite to take advantage of the gap left.

Agree - im starting to get pissed off when I dont see Wes's name on the team sheet.

He was consistently one of our strong performers for about 40+ starts last season in a very successful season too. It begs belief he isnt getting a start this season.
