It's crazy to think that 10 players will be leaving the club. It's obviously much needed but has such a big clear out ever happened at a club our size? I'm struggling to remember one.

Is it really that big a clear out? Going off the list posted there, 6 of those players have 15 league starts between them. Pogba and Matic another 30 starts.

Unless we make major changes to the players who actually play, it’s hardly seismic.

Those names represent about 50% of a typical matchday squad. All are going to need replacing with either a new signing or a promotion from the academy.

So it's pretty big.

I think the point is with this lot gone, those currently playing will find themselves in the backup roles with super-ace new signings leading us on to glory!
