Then Liverpool away in October, everything just started to fall apart after that. Ending the season with an awful performance in the FA cup final and Things have gotten progressively worse since then..

Then this season has started poorly and just got worse and worse and worse. It all started before the season even began, the manager pissed off with woodward, then woodward goes to the press and tells them all he veto'd jose's signings.. predictable result of all that, the manager has now fallen out with everyone and is in the process of burning bridges everywhere. Utterly toxic, utterly untenable.
This - can remember suggesting a point at Liverpool was a good point at the time which it is. The performance though pointed to a revert to type style and it got worse quickly. Sevilla was a true shocker and turned a lot of doubters into anti mou mou. Since then it’s been £#%&!ing awful and we should have been put out of our misery before the start of this season.

Woodward’s utterly shit.

This is ALL his fault. All of it. He employed a manger who is a 'results' guy then queries why he wants to sign guys in their late 20s/early 30s with no "resale" value This is the guy woodward employed ffs, surely he knew what his M.O is? A guy who is notorious for reacting badly to being undermined or criticised in public and yet Woodward does it anyway.

I wonder was woodward trying to force Mourinho's into resigning? And now we have this ridiculous stalemate.

Jose should have followed Ferie when we had some players with backbones and balls and who could work in a siege mentality scenario letting Jose add some players onto that would have kept us nearer the top even with the bitters spending £1bn. But having to go in with the squad he did and more importantly the mentality of the current squad and then be refused to buy players he wanted was/is never going to end well.

Too many shithouse snowflakes on playing squad now oh and Luke Shaw and none of these will work under Jose’s style, he needs players like a younger Matic/Terry/Vidic etc

Time is no longer important he cannot turn this round now

With a bit of luck, the delay is because we want to sort out a DOF first and then he'll appoint a manager.

It'll be interesting to see where Evra sits in all of this. Woodward has been inviting him to a lot of matches lately. Perhaps it was just to curry favour with the fans as Evra's a known fan favourite.

Not sure a man who licks raw chickens is exactly what is required as DoF at this stage tbph.

Yep, had only dropped 2 points at that point, 6 clean sheets in 7 games, won 4 of the games 4-0. Then he goes to Liverpool who we were better than at that the time, parks the bus, we lose momentum, get beat by Huddersfield the next week and then get progressively worse from there on in.

This.

After being publicly undermined he's a dead man walking. Impossible to instill discipline in those circumstances.

Will just have to hope the next appointment is a good one. It'll be blind luck if it is.

A 33 year old just won the Ballon D'or. Woodward is an idiot.

We passed that point a long time ago, you're giving them far too much credit, the reality is probably as simple as them not having a £#%&!ing clue what to do.

Poor form from saffers it has to be said, spamming the forum for years with his bullshit Mourinho propoganda, and then flouncing when his utter wrongness was too obvious for even him to attempt to spin his way through.
