Apparently we can’t get an interim because we’re not Chelsea, but this seems like exactly the thing we should do right now.

Ole has to go. For everyone’s sake. Get an experienced coach, change the voice in the dressing room…. DONT £#%&!ING GIVE HIM THE JOB BECAUSE HE WINS FOUR GAMES … and get to work on a proper plan for a proper successor.

“Who would you replace him with” is becoming a ridiculous defence for the indefensible right now. Managers get sacked all the time. They don’t wait until there is a ready made replacement. Oh, and those clubs aren’t
United - where pretty much any manager would go.

I'd take Ralph Macchio at the moment. At least he could give them a kick up the backside and we wouldn't be Outsiders anymore.

Why would he leave a senior, permanent position, to be an interim manager?

Manage us for the season then you're director of football and assist with the club going forward.

Building up clubs is his thing now isn't it? I'd barely heard of the @#%&! 48 hours ago.

‘Difficulty’ = expensive.

Does any really think Rodgers wouldn’t leave Leicester in a heartbeat to come here, mid season or otherwise?

because he could probably get into another senior, permanent position relatively fast after united. It's not the 1980s where you hang on to one job for life.

and it's russia. He's could be sick of it.
