Jose has found his level, some tin pot intertoto cup nobody gives a £#%&! about. I’d rather United finish pot less than be involved in that shite

You can mock it, but you can’t ignore the giants of European football they’ve had to get past to win this thing.

Trabzonspor
CSKA Sofia
Bodo/Glimt
Zorya Luhansk
Vitesse
Bodo/Glimt (again)
Leicester City
Feyenoord (Decent Euro pedigree tbf)

Thought that was Liverpool's run to the Champions league final for a sec.

I love watching a team win a trophy like this who it genuinely means something to. I'll bet the scenes in Rome will be epic.

Yeah I agree with that. Happy for Smalling too. Harshly judged. Better defender than Maguire/Lindelof. We would've missed out on all those goals from brilliant passes though and all that playing out from the back.

I agree.

Mocking someone else’s joy because you think what they have achieved is beneath you is pathetic. It’s also sadly endemic where internet fans are concerned.

What was great deal with that Roma player randomly kicking off with his team mates after the final whistle?

Thought Feyenoord were absolutely brilliant but just couldn't deal with Smalling

Game was completely suffocated from about 60 minutes.

Smalling and Ibanez were great, Feyenoord just lacked that quality in the box. The number of times a forward had a heavy first touch that robbed them of the chance to get a shot off enjoyed watching Feyenoord though, they’ll always be the winners in my eyes, it was just a fake result

Roma were £#%&! on the whole. Absolute dirge. Perfectly in keeping with the @#%&! in charge.

Both teams were at their level. Maybe Roma belong in europa but you can tell the quality difference.
