If Shrewsbury score early it could get very uncomfortable. Still, 2-1 United.

These lot are in the relegation zone of League 1.

If the players have anything about them, they will go out and give them a drubbing.

He's from the same stable as Boris Johnson.
I've said many times on Fred - I don't trust Giggs.
He's clearly told them (probably advised to) that he doesn't want it as a caretaker again. So that leaves us in limbo. He's a true legend but if the club have to call his bluff and maybe even get rid of him then so be it. We can't go into a season against pep, Klop, Simone (probably) etc with Ryan giggs the risk is too great. Liverpool City ,Chelsea have been shit and we are still nowhere near top 4 next season is going to be a lot tougher.

There aren't exactly a multitude of other options. Carrick can't play three games in six days.

Besides, if Herrera can't play as the box-to-box midfielder against Shrewsbury the he's an obscenely limited player.

blind in midfield would be an option.

I agree we should beat them with one under-confident defensive midfielder, though.

Martial must be due for a rest soon, he has been overplayed for this stage in his development.

Nah, £#%&! that. Let's just run him into the ground until he inevitably gets injured at the end of the season or in the Euros.
