It depends where you think we are. I think yesterday was a reminder of how we aren’t winning the league, regardless of what happens here today. And that’s ok. That’s just where we are.

We do, however, have a realistic chance to finish 2nd. To finish above Liverpool would be something we wouldn’t have imagined at the start of the season and I didn’t want them getting any encouragement for the title and a win would have them just 2 points behind us, despite all their problems. I think they’ll be closer to us than we will to City.

And, importantly, I absolutely despise them. I can only get behind a win if it’s absolutely crucial to us. Today doesn’t qualify for me.
