Its going to be thrown out by the courts anyway, at both state and federal level. The people who pushed it through know this too.

Iím actually identifying as an unborn black baby at the moment and find your comment oppressive.

People decide what happens to other peoples bodies all the time. Not least the mothers that murder their unborn children.

pretty sure we've discussed this on here before, but the idea that you have to ban abortion or just leave it completely down to the wishes of woman ("because it's her body") is ridiculous. it is possible to have a reasonable discussion somewhere in the middle, but not with anyone who wants to shut down the debate by saying it's about men wanting to control what women do with their bodies, for example.
