Default Old Trafford

Was up there yesterday to do the Tour (again) with the wee man.

Busy as usual around there. Helped by the release of the away kit.

The pitch looks good, it doesn’t have those mad patterns as I saw last month online. Year 9 for the pitch. It’s getting ripped up next summer.

One thing that is changing this season, is that the United Dug out will be swapping. It will now be the one closest to the Stretty End.

You just don’t see proper dugouts any more.

The sort that wouldn’t have looked out of place on the eastern front in 1943.

Erik’s attention to detail kicking in. It makes so much sense to swap dugouts.

Hope you both had a good day out.

I never understood why they existed in the first place.

In junior leagues when I played they were often flooded. Even when they weren't you couldn't see much from them.

Aye.
It was a good day out. Sun was shining, wee guy got the new home kit.
The Tour, and then some grub in the Red Cafe.

Roll on the start of the season Bud.

ETH says so.

It was interesting in the dressing room when the lad said LvG changed
It round so one side of the room had the staring 11 - from GK to ST.
So if he was speaking to the defenders he would have 4 of them in view.

Subs on the other side.

Fergie had the room basic and traditional.
Jose came in and made it modern with all the Red LED lights.

Same walking out of the tunnel.
United now closest to Stretty end.
Before, when the away dressing room was in its last location, the aways used to walk out Stretty Side.

Not anymore. Love for the Stretty.

If that’s your lad in the avatar I’m making a referral to social services. Wearing a woolen hat in those temperatures is child abuse

If your diligence is as it seems, I think you would struggle to use a phone to make a call.
