One of the most basic footballers I've ever seen.

He's suited to a Stoke City type team, embarrassing he starts games for united.

These young lads coming through are technically light years ahead, but a little behind physically

He's an absolute player. Will make it imo. Was MOTM last night. Has bags of ability.

Don’t get this physicality stuff. If he’s made of rubber like a young Best was Iqbal will be fine.

Lovely player. Genuinely think he is first team ready having watched him in the flesh t'other night. Just glides across the pitch; all comes so easily to him. Sign of an elite player.

The best part about pushing a giant broom through the whole place is that it opens up space for the young kids to stake their claim and a manager with a track record for giving them opportunities. Mourinho would have been looking to bring in fat Hazard and Bale.

Remember the shit Fergie took -mostly from our own support tbh- for letting Hughes, Kanchelskis and Ince go and giving the kids a shot? Now almost 30 years later everyone knew all along.

Tidy on the ball, good movement. Will get better the more he plays.

He's got plenty of time to develop

No point in rushing him - play him in the Europa, League Cup etc and have him on the bench for a bunch of league games
