Sigh, it won't matter. 0-2 to Spurs, the Jol revival starts now.
Pole in Goal O'Shea Wes Vidic Evra Carrick Fletcher Scholes Me Nani Tevez Giggs I'm assuming the worst re midweek injuries and that Hargreaves still has sore knees after the derby. However Saha to come off the bench and miss a few chances. I really wish I hadn't got of bed this morning. |

Team I'd like: ------------------------VDS------------------------ SIMPSON--------RIO-----------VIDIC------------EVRA --------------HARGREAVES------CARRICK------------ -------------------------SCHOLES------------------- -----------NANI----------------------GIGGS---------- ------------------------TEVEZ----------------------- Team I think he'll pick: -------------------------VDS------------------------ BROWN-----------RIO-----------VIDIC----------EVRA ----------------HARGREAVES-----CARRICK------------ --------------------------SCHOLES------------------- -----------NANI---------------------GIGGS----------- ------------------------TEVEZ------------------------ Team I fear he'll pick: -----------------------KRUSTY----------------------- BROWN-----------VIDIC----------SILVESTRE-----EVRA -------------------O'SHEA-------CARRICK------------ --------------------------SCHOLES------------------- -------------NANI-------------------GIGGS----------- --------------------------TEVEZ---------------------- Hopefully the injured players (Rio, Hargreaves, VDS) will be ok. I think they all will. If Saha is back, then great, but I wouldn't start him. Bench for me. I can't see any reason why he'd pick Simpson or Pique ahead of Brown and O'Shea because he hasn't done so so far. I doubt he'll take that sort of risk against a side with the attacking options of Spurs. |

Saha set for bench place
www.manutd.com
Sir Alex Ferguson has revealed that Louis Saha could be on the bench for Sunday's must-win clash with Tottenham at Old Trafford. The French striker has not played since the Champions League semi-final defeat to AC Milan on 2 May because of a knee complaint which resulted in surgery over the summer. Saha has now completed two full weeks training and is contention for a spot on the subs bench this weekend. More to follow.... nft. |
