Default Team v Scum - The Official Thread.

Smalling is ruled out with a groin injury apparantly so it's gonna be a bit of a struggle to get a side out defensively. Bit of a mix of yoof and older players wh need a game I'd imagine, summat like :-

Linders
Brown
Jones
Evans
A twin
Park
Double P
Carrick
Giggs
Berb
Owen

Not so much as hate him but surprised he's going out on loan next season. thought he would be breaking in by then.
Perhaps SAF has decided he's a bit far off. Which sullies any bullshit argument that signing a midfielder would hinder the oppurtunities of the players coming through because he's the one who was most likely to do so.

You've changed your choon! You wanted him strangled to death and his lifeless body thrown in the sea a few weeks back.

Looks good to me.

Playing TV at RB is a good way of giving him some much needed minutes and freeing up spaces for Giggs and Park to do likewise.

If we play that team, Diouf will get goals.

Diouf has done as well as anyone and deserves a chance. Didn't look out of place in the pre-season matches and had a decent season in a poor Blackburn side last year. I don't think he'll make the grade with us, but he's a decent striker, works hard and deserves a chance.
