Thumbs up

So, basically, the following scenarios are entirely likely:

- we beat city and hand liverpool the title, giving them a shot at the PL/CL double

Or

- city beat us, win the title and we miss out on top 4, possibly also giving them the quadruple

I'd always consider myself a glass half full guy, but this is basically a glass filled with cyanide

Given our recent form, yes. We could always raise our game though, just like city so often used to against us even when they were shit.

If it was that which ultimately handed the title to the Vermin........

We should probably just focus on beating Everton first, as the way we are playing...

Should have brought him on against Barcelona. Definitely would have gotten the equalizer.

Look on the bright side, it could be the greatest collapse of them all.

Can’t see either losing. City could win the quadruple while humiliating us along the way. The alternative is a gurning dalglish et al.

My preference is for china to initiate a nuclear war sometime in the next month.

City won’t win the European cup, even if they beat spurs they’ll bottle it in the the semis. The tough fixtures they’ve got coming up with take their toll

Scousers have got a great chance of a league and European double though. Easy league fixtures left allowing them to rest players for European games.

Coming from behind away against a decent Southampton side was a big result for them. Today wasn’t going to end any other way because Chelsea are poor away from home

It was always going to happen one day, doesn’t make it any easier thinking of them finally winning the league though tbh.

You think they’re going to rest players for any of their remaining league matches?
