Because that’s what’s going to happen

Bringing in talented youngsters before their price triples, alongside buying a couple of experienced heads, is what we’ll do and it’s the right thing

Exactly.

We need a rebuild. A change of direction.

We've done the attempted quick fix. The here and now manager and signings with a skewed perception that were only two or three players away from being the best.

We need players who will buy in to the club and fit an idea.

That might mean a drop in flashy signings, but I'll take that all day long over @#%&!s like Sanchez.

It’s how it is these days tbf.

Dalot only had a few senior games for Porto iirc and we payed around 20m on him didn’t we?

Yep.

Game has changed. It's a seller's market too. £25m is £#%&! all for a player a soon-to-rich club don't want or need to sell.

If someone came in for Scott The Scottish Player and we didn't want him to go, How much do we think we'd want for him?

It wouldn't be any less than £20m.

Now we’re talking

Looks a very good player in the making and if we could offload a player too then even better.

Rather him than Maguire.

De Ligt is a done deal though so can’t see this being true

Being phased out I’m afraid. Read something last week that no one has names their baby Gary since 1992, so another great solid name gone with the wind

I don't think I've even met a Gary. Or a Lee.

I reckon I've met about 40 Davids. No problem with the name but you might aswel call your child 'boy'

Lee's are always in the main, thick.

Gary's are thick and aggressive.
