For Bale? Without a doubt. But that's the way the mop flops if you're Man United and you wanna hoover up the best young prospects in the country. Innit?

Given how the Senegalese Superman™ has developed beyond all expectations, I wouldn't be that gutted to lose Heinze if we could get £7/8M or summat.

Haven't seen Bale but from what I understand he's no Gabby Heinze defensively. I'd want more than £8 million for Gabby too, particularly if we can get Real and Juve in a bidding war.

What about Silvestre though? We'll need him as cover for the centre halves too so he'll hanging around for another season it would seem. Huzzah!

Nah, Jonny Evans is gonna be a backup CB next year.
