Pretty immaterial, I think. He was clearly already finished as he's been an absolute last resort for a while now.

Real shame as he's a great talent. Injuries have been a huge issue but he did fantastically during his only run in the side here.

bit harsh that: one sending off does not a bad player make.

He could have been given a decent run out in the team following the match prior to that (when he scored one and nearly had a second in a 15 minute cameo).
