Back injuries are £#%&!ing stupid.

If he wasn't Basque I would put money on it that he just wanted carte blanche to have a little lie down whenever he wants.

Push him over a bin.

Only the Everton game on Sunday before another quite conveniently-timed two week international break.

Hopefully we'll have him back after that.

Horrible player to get injured for us as he does so much work up and down the pitch.

he will be back for city, will miss everton, wba n chelsea. thankfully we have a 2week int break.

He looked like he'd hurt his back in a pretty innocuous looking challenge where he was put on his arse and played on for a while only going down later on after Rafael was brought down. Didn't see a second collision or anything. Plus it's Wacko Jacko.. i'm hopeful.

He's the last player we want to be injured tbh as there's no-one else who can do what he does. Already an important player. Please christ he's not gonna be a sicknote.

Herrera is a huge loss but a Carrick-Blind partnership at the back of midfield is a decent base for the forward players.
