Looks done, doesn't he?

He'll probably leave, be free agent for six months and then go somewhere.

That's when we'll sack Ole.

You just know that’s exactly how it’ll pan out.

As soon as he leaves spurs we should be all over him, maybe even move Ole into a sporting director role?

Poch is the one though, he’s proven he can build a good side on a small budget and that’s probably what he’d need to do here.

Our timings is impeccable as ever.

All our appointments since Moyes have been reactive and in the meantime, Klopp, Pep and others have moved around.

We've talked about how difficult it would be to get Poch away from Spurs and the first time it looks do-able, we've committed long-term to an interim appointment.

Would literally have to let him make ten signings, including half the Ajax team.

Quite apart from the rumours about "tensions" in the squad, its clear that not turning up in the Big Cup final did them no favours (see also: Watford)

The squad has become stale and they've got players there running down contracts who don't want to be there. That comes from the boardroom not investing and Levy not selling players who don't want to leave.

Poisoned the dressing room.

Definitely stale. I read earlier that their back four today cost less than half of Wan Bissaka.

Last year they overachieved but they probably needed a reboot of the squad this year. Instead just a couple and one is already injured.

Also, sixth season? In football that's long enough for the wheels to come off these days.

I’ve got an an ITK’er at Spurs who reckons Pochettino did have the green light to make more signings but missed out on a couple and didn’t want/plan for any others.
