The hyperbole in the aftermath of this match is getting a bit silly imo

“Here’s 28 angles of Diallos goal!!”
“Was this greatest fa cup game ever!!!”
“I’ve watched this ten times since Sunday and cried every time!!!”

All going to look a bit silly if we don’t win it

He's kind of right though.

We're not far off an Amad Diallo statue going up.

It was one (admittedly brilliant) game. It needs to be a step not a destination.

It's more a sign of how shit things have been in the last 12 months and the fact it's an international break now.
