I would happily have a giggs scholes managerial team for next season.

The players would be encouraged to express themselves creatively and scholes in particular would emphasise the importance of passing the ball teammates.

We would stand a better chance of getting some top players in as well I think.

We shouldn't be £#%&!ing around having ex players as a management team its a recipe for disaster .
The club should have broke the bank for a world class coach and let him buy a player in the keane /ince type mould who isn't affraid to put a rocket up a players arse if he wasn't performing .
its one major area that we are weak in and needs addressed badly.

I agree.

I'm saying I would have giggs/scholes if the alternative is keeping him.

Ps. I am hoping that carvalho is the player in that mould.

I will be watching him in the world cup hoping he plays badly.

It's our only chance of getting him.

Concur, hence in this scenario Giggs is merely caretaker manager

The berts game was only ten days after the verm one, it would've been a pretty short time to turn us around that much. So yeah we might've lost, but it didn't have to be as cretinously shameful as what we got.

Always a matter of opinion of course, but what you state is an absolute!

So, let's get this right, there isn't a manager on earth who could have coaxed or inspired a performance out of us that could've beaten the mighty Manchester City?!!!

...little old us, Manchester United... the reigning champions ...at our home in front of our own support ??
