If it's certainty and reliability you want in your team, Chongy is your guy.

He offers the absolute certainty that if he has the ball, in a promising breakaway, where United attackers outnumber the defenders considerably, he will absolutely, positively, £#%&! it up every single time.

He’s absolutely £#%&!.

Looks like a Labrador chasing a tennis ball.

The only thing he’s worse at than football is growing facial hair.

AWB
Laird
Telles
Jones
Tuanzebe
Bailly
Fish
Chong
Hannibal
Elanga
Pellistri
Amad

All need £#%&!ing off either on loan or permanent. No point in the vast majority being here and they need replacing to some degree. Then there are several ‘senior’ players that need selling and replacing too.

This is the scale of the task in front of Ten Hag.

Expecting anything other than a transitional season is futile.

AWB and Telles were terrible.

Thought Maguire was better than he has been for a long time.
Totally agree with all of that.

Can't really disagree with that.

I'd be happy if mcginn had been sent off (the challenges on martial and dalot were, at minimum, yellow). the second half was shit, obvs, but the pitch and the ref didn't help.

we know we still need a midfield. if we start the season with mcfred, we won't be top 4.

Van de Beek is rubbish. He can't even hold the ball.

It wasn't just about this transfer window I was talking about, it was more in the long term.

Van Gaal didn't always get the players he wanted, Mourinho got backed for two summers then got nothing in the third, Ole got backed the first summer but didn't in the second and then half got backed in the third.

You keep trying to be the clever @#%&! though

An absolute nothing player.

We played well in the first half, could have scored more than 2.
£#%&! knows how John McGinn stayed on the pitch
The pitch? £#%&!ing hell, it was like a throwback to the 70's. The game should never have gone ahead
2nd half - poor, sloppy etc but still made enough chances to kill them off
De Gea, £#%&!ing hell fire. I've never known a bigger fanny to play in goal. Terrified of getting hurt. Worried about how many points he's going to cost us this season

Overall, a solid tour. Plenty of goals, some good performaces, no injuries and it's looking like we have a manager who's keen to implement a style of play and the players seem to be responding.
Clearly, pre-season results mean £#%&! all but I'd rather be winning the games and scoring lots going into the new season than getting beat
