foty 2021: official* post of the year 2021 reminder thread

we all know that, when it comes to post of the year, only about three people vote. because how are you going to remember a post you thought was great 12 months later?

what we need is a bin... I mean a repository... to throw great nominations into as the year progresses.

I'm using this one as an example, although the lack of comments or rep suggests it will not actually be in the running.

Thanks for the heads up. Now I can focus for a whole year on getting no votes again. Can’t keep relying on talent alone.
