Decent enough but seriously?

Sky just said he’s been out since December with a hamstring injury

Just go for Bowen ffs.
Who may be the next Ashley Ward?

Could be a goer this..

I bet he does.

That is King and Ole who would have believed all their Christmases have come at once when they heard the club were interested in them.

Embarrassing signing if it happens. Can only be bettered (or worsened) by Slimani.

United have made contact with David Bellion.

He's willing to drop the moped rental shop and return IMMEDIATELY

Didn't realise it was TRANSFER DEADLINE DAY.

Ole only cost 50p so maybe JKingz could be useful.

If this guy (king) is signed it can only mean Ole is staying beyond July.

Weird signing if it happens

Been a good player for Bournemouth but that's Bournemouth
It's another thing entirely to be good enough for Utd

Sometimes it feels we have a small pool of player we're looking at potentially signing as we only seem to go for players someone on the coaching staff knows (with Bruno being the exception)

King is almost a local lad with the accent he has

One thing you know is that he would come in and run his £#%&!ing %@#$&!s off and battle for everything, he knows the league, quick, strong and 2 footed. Would be back on the bench once Rashers returns and moving into next season you'd think, but a short term solution.

Wouldn't mind getting him in tbh. At least it's another striker, and one that actually works hard and likes to get in the box.

28 years old and a damn sight better than the rest of the Premier League has-been strikers that we've been linked to.

Get it done for the love of god.

He’s probably gagging to do a Berahino. Was he ever seen again after that day in Spurs parking lot?

I think he'd be a decent back-up option both for now and the future, but I don't think it is worth spending £25-30m on him when it seems like we don't have much spending money and still need to add a number of quality players.

Yeah that’s where I’m at with it too.

Can understand a loan or less of a fee for the likes of Slimani etc, but 30m on King I just don’t get tbh.

Eddie Howe:

Quote:
I'm not going to deny anything you have read but I don't want to talk about it too much. He is much valued and loved by us.

"He is a massive part of our team, he brings that unique pace and strength, coupled with technical ability and an eye for goal."

"We have missed him since he has been out injured, so speaking as manager I would be very reluctant to let him leave. With a day to go in the window it's very difficult to find a replacement," the Bournemouth manager added.

"It's going to be [a decision] between the chief executive and owner. I love Josh as a player and person. I know what Manchester United means to him with his history with the club, so I understand his position."
Reckon this one will happen. Bournemouth will be well aware he will want to come back to the club and he's never gonna get a chance again at 28. No chance they deny him the chance.

Slimani shouldn't even be on the shortlist or even spoken of. Ever.
